We are glad to share that we have delivered 4 tons copper tapes to our customer from Italy. for now, the copper tapes is going to be all used, the customer are satisfied with the quality of our copper tapes and they are going to place a new order soon.
The copper tapes we supply to the customer is T2 grade, this is a Chinese standard, equally, the international grade is C11000, this grade copper tape has the high quality conductivity that will more than 98%IACS and it has many states, such as O60, O80, O81, in general, state O60 is widely used in the medium and low-voltage power cable and as the role the sheilding layer, also passing capacitive current during normal operation, acting as a channel for short-circuit current when the system is short-circuited.
We have the the advanced sliting machine and warpping machine and our advantage is we can split the copper width at least 10mm with very smooth edge, and the coil is very neat, so when the customer use our copper tapes on their machine, they can achieve very good processing performance.
