ONE WORLD operates four state-of-the-art, dust-free, temperature- and humidity-controlled phlogopite mica tape production lines, ensuring stable manufacturing under stringent environmental conditions. We use premium phlogopite mica paper and fiberglass cloth as raw materials, bonded with high-temperature-resistant silicone resin. After high-temperature baking and drying, the material is rolled into mother rolls of phlogopite mica tape.
Additionally, our advanced three-in-one production line uses a laminating machine to combine PE film with phlogopite mica tape, enhancing its fire resistance and structural stability. With an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons, we are equipped with two integrated slitting and rewinding lines for producing spool-mounted phlogopite mica tape, offering lengths of up to 40,000 meters. This innovative design significantly boosts mechanical wrapping efficiency for wires and cables, helping customers reduce labor and overall costs while improving production efficiency.

Our phlogopite mica tape is designed for high-speed wrapping, offering excellent flexibility and strong bending resistance. It effectively protects cables in high-temperature environments (750–800°C flames). Moreover, under a 1kV power frequency voltage, it can withstand fire for up to 90 minutes without breakdown, ensuring the integrity of cable circuits in extreme conditions.
