1. Mica tape mineral insulated corrugated copper sheathed cable

Mica tape mineral insulation corrugated copper sheathed cable is made of copper conductor, mica tape insulation and copper sheathed combination processing, with good fire performance, long continuous length, overload capacity, good economy and so on.

The manufacturing process of mica tape mineral insulation corrugated copper sheathed cable begins with continuous annealing of copper wire or copper rod, multiple strands of copper wire are twisted, the conductor is wrapped with high temperature resistant synthetic mica tape (calcined mica tape can be used for halogen-free, low smoke and low toxicity products), the insulation layer is filled with non-alkali glass fiber, and the cable is wrapped with high temperature resistant synthetic mica tape to form a protective layer. Too much mica tape will cause the waste of the material, and too little will not achieve the fireproof performance. If the welding of the copper jacket is not strong, the corrugated copper pipe weld is easy to crack, at the same time, the depth of the rolling is also the key to the process control, the difference in the depth of the rolling and pitch of the copper jacket will lead to the difference in the actual cross-sectional area of the copper jacket, thus affecting the resistance of the copper jacket.

2. Ceramic silicone rubber (mineral) insulated refractory cable

Ceramic silicone rubber mineral insulated fire-resistant cable is a new type of fire-resistant cable, its insulation and oxygen insulation layer using ceramic silicone rubber composite material, the material is as soft as ordinary silicone rubber under normal temperature conditions, and will form ceramic hard shell under high temperature conditions of 500 ℃ and above. At the same time, the insulation performance is maintained, and the cable line can still maintain normal operation for a certain time in the event of a fire, so as to help the rescue work and reduce casualties and property losses as much as possible.

Ceramic silicone rubber mineral insulated refractory cable with a refractory insulating layer (ceramic silicone rubber composite material) conductor as the cable core, between the cable core is provided with a high temperature resistant filling layer, such as ceramic silicone rubber composite material, and an additional protective layer, the appearance of the cable for the outer sheath layer. Ceramic fire retardant products mainly include ceramic fire retardant silicone rubber, ceramic fire retardant composite tape and ceramic fire retardant filling rope.

Ceramic Silicon Rubber

Ceramic silicone rubber at room temperature non-toxic, tasteless, with good softness and elasticity, at high temperatures above 500 ° C, its organic components in a very short time into a hard ceramic-like substance, the formation of a good insulation barrier layer, and with the growth of burning time, temperature rise, its hardness is more obvious. Ceramized silicone rubber also has good basic process properties and can be carried out in conventional continuous vulcanization production lines. The gap and insulation of the cable are ceramized silicone rubber, which fundamentally blocks oxygen, and the interlocking armor sheath is used to form a flexible serpentine tube sheath, which can withstand radial pressure and protect the cable from external mechanical damage.

The main control points of the production process of ceramic silicone rubber mineral insulated refractory cable mainly lie in the vulcanization and interlocking armoring process of ceramic silicone rubber.

Ceramic silicone rubber is in the main material of high temperature silicone rubber (HTV), that is, methyl vinyl silicone rubber 110-2 added such as white carbon black, silicone oil, porcelain powder and other additives after mixing and then added to the double 24 vulcanization machine, unvulcanized for white paste solid, poor formability, requires the extruder temperature to maintain a certain low temperature, once higher than this temperature, There will be a phenomenon of ripe glue, resulting in degumming and damage to the insulation layer. In addition, due to the poor toughness of ceramic silicone rubber, it can not be carried by the screw into the glue, resulting in the gap in the glue material in the screw, which will also cause the phenomenon of degumming. In order to avoid the above problems, how to configure the corresponding tooling for the extruder, how to maintain the low temperature state of the extruder, and how to make the rubber material in the screw without gaps have become the key to ensure the quality of the insulation layer.

Interlocking armouring is formed by a spiral tube with non-standard edge hooks. Therefore, in production, how to configure a series of suitable molds according to different specifications, the width and thickness of the strip used for interlocking armor are the key to produce the process problems such as the lack of tight buckle.
